Mix chicken, cream cheese, shredded cheese, and taco seasoning until creamy and combined.
Whisk 1 egg + 2 tbsp water in a shallow bowl.
Dip rice paper directly into the egg mixture (quick dip — don't soak).
Add 2–3 tbsp filling and roll tightly into a taquito.
Air fry seam-side down at 400°F for 10–12 minutes until golden and crispy. Work in batches for best texture.
