  1. Combine grated apple, gojuchang, diced onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, honey, and apple cider vinegar

  2. Add beef broth and low sodium soy sauce to the mixture

  3. Place chuck or blade roast in a cooking vessel

  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the roast

  5. Add chopped kimchi if desired

  6. Cook until roast is tender
