Feta Olive Dip With Herbs
  1. Preheat oven to 400F degrees.

  2. Add olives to a baking dish and top with ¼ cup olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until olives are evenly coated. Add thyme and bake for 8-10 minutes.

  3. In a food processor, combine crumbled feta, cream cheese, water, ½ cup olive oil. Process for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon zest, black pepper, and honey. Process for an additional 2 minutes.

  4. Transfer feta dip to a bowl and top with roasted olives. Drizzle the olive oil from the baking dish on top. Garnish with thyme, oregano, and black pepper.

  5. Serve with fresh or grilled bread and enjoy!
