Sauté the leek until softened + caramelising. Add the garlic, frying until fragrant. Then add the tarragon.
Blanch the spinach + squeeze out moisture.
In a bowl, add the leeks, spinach, then cream cheese. Add the miso, mustard, nutritional yeast + lemon juice. Season with salt + pepper, mix + taste.
To serve, spoon into a bowl. Top with chives + chilli crisp. Serve with toasted baguette + enjoy!
