1 stick butter
3 tbsp. Cocoa Powder
¾ Cup Brown Sugar
¾ Cup white Sugar
1 Cup All purpose flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Salt
3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 Cup Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
Put butter into 9 X 13 baking pan & put into oven set for 350*
Whisk together cocoa & brown sugar
In separate bowl. Whisk together white sugar, flour, baking powder. Add milk & vanilla and stir to make a batter.
Remove melted butter from oven.
Pour Chocolate Chips evenly over melted butter
Pour chocolate batter over chips
Spread cocoa/brown sugar mixture evenly over batter
Pour 1 ½ cups boiling water over this mixture
Put into 350* oven for 23-28 min
Remove from oven & let cool for 30 min to an hour
Cut into squares…drizzle the syrup from pan bottom over cobbler
Serve warm topped with ice cream
