Chocolate Cobbler

1 stick butter

3 tbsp. Cocoa Powder

¾ Cup Brown Sugar

¾ Cup white Sugar

1 Cup All purpose flour

2 tsp. Baking Powder

½ tsp. Salt

3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder

1 Cup Milk

1 tsp. Vanilla

1 Cup Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips

    1 ½ C boiling water

  1. Put butter into 9 X 13 baking pan & put into oven set for 350*

  2. Whisk together cocoa & brown sugar

  3. In separate bowl. Whisk together white sugar, flour, baking powder. Add milk & vanilla and stir to make a batter.

  4. Remove melted butter from oven.

  5. Pour Chocolate Chips evenly over melted butter

  6. Pour chocolate batter over chips

  7. Spread cocoa/brown sugar mixture evenly over batter

  8. Pour 1 ½ cups boiling water over this mixture

  9. Put into 350* oven for 23-28 min

  10. Remove from oven & let cool for 30 min to an hour

  11. Cut into squares…drizzle the syrup from pan bottom over cobbler

  12. Serve warm topped with ice cream
