Classic Vegan Cashew Cheese Sauce
  1. Add the cashew nuts, nutritional yeast, crushed garlic, lemon juice, sea salt, black pepper and water to the blender jug.

  2. Blend until very smooth and creamy.

  3. For a thicker cheese, use less water.

  4. For a thinner salad dressing consistency, use a little more water.

  5. Serve drizzled over baked potatoes, vegetables, pizzas or pastas.
