Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet
Add chicken and sear until golden and cooked through
Remove chicken and set aside
Add butter to the same skillet
Sauté onions until soft
Add mushrooms and cook until they release moisture and brown
Stir in garlic and thyme
Pour in white wine and let it reduce by half
Add cream and parmesan, stirring until smooth and creamy
Season with salt and pepper
Add the chicken back into the creamy sauce
Simmer on low for 3–5 minutes until everything is hot and thickened
Top with fresh parsley and serve
