Combine 190 g low-fat cottage cheese or ricotta with lemon zest and 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
Add ½ tsp vanilla extract and a pinch of salt
Sweeten to taste with natural sweetener such as stevia
Crumble 30 g graham crackers and 15 g high-protein cracker
Mix crackers into the cheese mixture or layer on top
Serve as a bowl
