Lemon Cheesecake Bowl
  1. Combine 190 g low-fat cottage cheese or ricotta with lemon zest and 1.5 tbsp lemon juice

  2. Add ½ tsp vanilla extract and a pinch of salt

  3. Sweeten to taste with natural sweetener such as stevia

  4. Crumble 30 g graham crackers and 15 g high-protein cracker

  5. Mix crackers into the cheese mixture or layer on top

  6. Serve as a bowl
