Easy Lemon Parm Chicken Orzo
  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Sear skin-side down in a dutch oven or large lidded pot until golden, flip, then remove.

  2. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

  3. Stir in the orzo and toast for 1-2 minutes.

  4. Deglaze with the sherry and simmer for 2-3 minutes until mostly reduced. then add the chicken broth, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir, then nestle the chicken back into the pan.

  5. Cover + bake at 375°F for 20 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the orzo is tender.

  6. Stir in the peas, Parmesan, butter, and fresh herbs. Finish with extra lemon juice and more parm.
