Put all of the marinade ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Put the chicken into a large bowl and add the marinade. Mix well. Put in the fridge for 30-60 minutes so the chicken marinates.
Preheat your oven to 220°C/200°C(fan)/425°F/Gas 7.
Put in a baking dish or onto a baking sheet.
Put into the oven and bake for 40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (reaching an internal temperature of 74°C/165°F)
