Gather flat smooth rocks from outside.
Clean off any dirt and place them on a cookie sheet covered with tin foil.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
While the rocks are heating, peel the paper off the broken crayons.
Soak the crayons in a bowl of hot water for a minute to help remove the paper.
After about 10 minutes, remove the warm rocks from the oven.
Place the warm rocks on paper towels to catch the melting wax.
Drip the melted crayon wax over the rocks and watch it melt down.
