  1. In a large bowl, combine the sourdough starter, flour, sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until everything is well combined and forms a soft dough.

  2. Cover the dough with plastic wrap or a kitchen towel and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  4. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the dough to about ⅛ inch thick.

  5. Using a pizza cutter or a sharp knife, slice the dough into small squares, about ½ inch wide.

  6. In a small bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon. Brush the cereal squares with the melted butter, then generously sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top.
