Bbq Gochujang Chicken
  1. Marinate the chicken with garlic, ginger, and soy sauce for 15 minutes.

  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, and honey to create the glaze.

  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer, brush with the glaze, and cook at 380°F (190°C) for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.

  4. Slice the chicken and serve over a fresh bowl of steamed rice. Optionally, serve with steamed greens. Enjoy!
