Preheat the oven to 165°C + line a baking tray.
Add avocado oil, honey, chilli hot sauce, chilli crunch oil, sesame seeds, apple cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic, cardamom, + salt to a medium mixing bowl. Whisk thoroughly until well combined.
Add cashew nuts to the bowl + mix with a spatula so that each nut is flawlessly + evenly coated in the spiced glaze.
Spread cashews onto the tray into a single compact layer. Bake for 12 minutes.
Remove the tray from the oven + stir to flip the nuts. Return to oven + bake for a further 5 minutes. Repeat.
Remove from oven + allow to cool completely until the glaze hardens into a crisp shell.
Store in an airtight container to keep them crisp + crunchy!
