Vegan Tofu Chocolate Mousse
  1. Break up the chocolate into a heat-proof bowl and melt in the microwave, stirring every few seconds to make sure the chocolate doesn’t burn.

  2. To a food processor, add the tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup and optional pinch of salt. Blend until smooth.

  3. Transfer into serving glasses or ramekins and serve!
