20 Minute Chilli Lime Tofu
  1. Cut the block of tofu into cubes

  2. Mix corn flour, salt, chilli powder, and coriander powder together

  3. Coat the tofu cubes in the corn flour mixture until completely covered

  4. Add oil to the coated tofu and air fry at 190°C for 15 minutes

  5. While tofu is cooking, prepare the sauce by combining chilli oil, dark soy sauce, vegetarian oyster sauce, white miso paste, agave syrup, lime juice, water, and cracked black pepper

  6. Heat the sauce on medium high heat until it becomes thick

  7. Once tofu is crispy, toss it in the sauce until all pieces are coated

  8. Serve and garnish with sesame seeds
