Peach Cake
  1. Cream together margarine, sugar and eggs.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.

  3. Add the dry ingredients to the butter-sugar mixture alternating with the peach puree. Mix.

  4. Add vanilla and chopped nuts.

  5. Bake at 350 F for 40-50 minutes.

  6. Cool completely.

  7. Meanwhile, cook sauce ingredients together until thick.

  8. Serve over cake with cream or ice cream.
