Bang Bang Chicken Skewers
  1. In a bowl, add the chicken and all of the mentioned ingredients. Mix to combine. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.

  2. Thread 5-6 chicken pieces onto each soaked wooden skewer.

  3. Set the air fryer to 200C. Place the chicken skewers in a single layer. Cook for 20 minutes, turning halfway through the cooking cycle. Check for doneness with a meat thermometer.

  4. Glaze the cooked chicken skewers with the Bang Bang sauce and garnish with parsley before serving. Enjoy!
