Crockpot Sausage, Sauerkraut And Potatoes
  1. Lightly grease a 6-quart slow cooker.

  2. Add potatoes, onion, sauerkraut, and sliced sausage to the slow cooker.

  3. In a small bowl, whisk together chicken broth, brown sugar, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika, and Dijon mustard.

  4. Pour mixture over the sausage and potatoes. Dot the top with butter.

  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until potatoes are tender.

  6. Stir gently before serving and garnish with parsley.
