Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini Pasta
  1. Cook Tortellini: In a large pot, cook 3 cups of frozen cheese tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. Sauté Beef: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add 1 pound of thinly sliced beef steak, season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. Cook Vegetables: In the same skillet, add 1 cup of sliced bell peppers, 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, and ½ cup of sliced onions. Cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

  4. Add Spices: Sprinkle the vegetables with 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, ½ teaspoon of dried oregano, and ½ teaspoon of dried basil. Stir well to coat the vegetables with the spices.

  5. Make Sauce: Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer. Stir in 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese and ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.

  6. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked tortellini and beef back into the skillet with the creamy sauce. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.

  7. Serve Hot: Serve the Philly Cheesesteak Tortellini Pasta hot, garnished with extra cheese if desired.
