Spaghetti al Pomodoro
  1. Infuse the olive oil with the garlic and cook for about 1 minute

  2. Add the tomatoes and a good pinch of salt

  3. Add the fresh basil

  4. Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes

  5. Add the cooked spaghetti to the sauce

  6. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and grated Grana Padano/Parmigiano Reggiano
