Drain the tuna and place it in a bowl, add all the ingredients except the 2 tbsp of flour and the olive oil. Mix well.
Place the 2 Tablespoons of flour on a small plate. Form medium patties, place them in the flour and cover them lightly with it.
Heat a frying pan on medium heat and add the olive oil. Cook the patties about 7 minutes on each side until lightly brown.
