Add an extra egg to the boxed white cake mix.
Substitute water for ½ cup coconut milk and ½ cup regular milk or water.
Replace oil with melted unsalted butter.
Add ¼ cup sour cream and 1 tsp coconut extract.
Mix the ingredients together.
Fold in 1 cup white chocolate chips.
Bake in a Bundt Pan at 350° F for 40 min, checking at 35 min.
For frosting, blend ½ cup softened unsalted butter, 8oz cream cheese, 1 tsp coconut extract, and ¼ tsp salt.
Gradually add 4 cups powdered sugar.
Top the cake with coconut flakes.
