Magic Shell Raspberry Chia Pudding Snack Bowls
  1. Add the fresh raspberries to each bowl and crush with the back of a fork

  2. Add the Greek yogurt, semi skimmed milk, chia seeds and honey/sweetener to each bowl and mix well till combined

  3. In a small bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil till smooth (microwave slowly till just melted)

  4. Drizzle the chocolate over the top and carefully spread and smooth with the back of a spoon

  5. Top with chopped walnuts and refrigerate for minimum of 2 hours or overnight

  6. Use a spoon to crack open the chocolate top and enjoy
