Add the fresh raspberries to each bowl and crush with the back of a fork
Add the Greek yogurt, semi skimmed milk, chia seeds and honey/sweetener to each bowl and mix well till combined
In a small bowl, melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil till smooth (microwave slowly till just melted)
Drizzle the chocolate over the top and carefully spread and smooth with the back of a spoon
Top with chopped walnuts and refrigerate for minimum of 2 hours or overnight
Use a spoon to crack open the chocolate top and enjoy
