Heat the oven to 425 degrees F
Slice cabbage into wedges
Heat cast iron, drizzle with olive oil and char the cabbage
In a small bowl mix together lemon juice, miso paste and honey
Drizzle the miso mixture over the charred cabbage
Pour the mushroom stock around the cabbage and place into the oven
Bake for 15-25 minutes until stock is absorbed and the cabbage is golden brown and tender
Spread the tahini on the plate and place the cabbage over the top
Sprinkle with chives
