Toast 1 cup of pecans for a minute
Add 1 cup of coconut shreds and toast until the coconut starts browning, about 3 minutes
Transfer the toasted pecans and coconut to a blender
Add 1 can of sweetened condensed milk, 1 can of evaporated milk, 1 can of coconut milk, 3 cups of water, and 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
Blend the ingredients
Transfer the blended mixture to an 84 ounce pitcher
Add ice
Garnish with sweetened condensed milk and toasted coconut flakes
