Chicken Soup
  1. Cut Chicken into small desired pieces Add the chicken and everything in a pot except water, Dhania, Potatoes and Lemon.

  2. Mix all the spices and veggies with the chicken, cover and let it simmer for 15 to 20 minutes at medium heat.

  3. Once the chicken soup is all dried and chicken is dry. Taste salt and add more if desired.

  4. Add water and chopped potatoes, let it boil till the potatoes softens completely. Keep tasting for best results. Once soup is well cooked, add lemon and dhania.
