Biscoff Protein Cheesecakes
  1. Crush 16 Biscoff biscuits into crumbs

  2. Add to the bottom of 4 jars

  3. In a mixing bowl combine yogurt, protein, cream cheese & vanilla extract

  4. Melt Biscoff and add some to your mix

  5. Whisk the mixture together

  6. Evenly distribute to the 4 jars

  7. With the remaining spread top each jar off

  8. Leave to set in the fridge for at least 3 hours (overnight better)

  9. Enjoy!!!
