Roast Broccoli

Make Chile Crisp Bread Crumbs

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium.

  2. Add cashews, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fragrant, about 3 minutes.

  3. Add chile crisp and panko. Cook, stirring, until toasted, 2 to 3 minutes.

  4. Season to taste and transfer to a plate.

Make Whipped Tofu (Optional)

  1. Combine tofu, cashew butter, and water in a food processor.

  2. Blend until fluffy.

  3. Season with salt and pepper.

Assemble

  1. Spread whipped tofu on a platter or bowl.
