Roast Broccoli
Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Toss broccoli with olive oil, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Arrange on a baking sheet and dot with garlic.
Seal tightly with foil and bake until crisp-tender, about 15 minutes.
Make Chile Crisp Bread Crumbs
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium.
Add cashews, season with salt and pepper, and cook until fragrant, about 3 minutes.
Add chile crisp and panko. Cook, stirring, until toasted, 2 to 3 minutes.
Season to taste and transfer to a plate.
Make Whipped Tofu (Optional)
Combine tofu, cashew butter, and water in a food processor.
Blend until fluffy.
Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble
Spread whipped tofu on a platter or bowl.
Arrange broccoli on top.
Drizzle with chile crisp and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
