Cowboy Butter Chicken Linguine
  1. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add chicken, season with spices, and cook 3–4 minutes per side.

  3. Add 2 tablespoons cowboy butter, stir to coat, and remove chicken from pan.

  4. Reduce heat to low. Add remaining cowboy butter, cream, garlic salt, and red pepper flakes. Stir and scrape the pan.

  5. Return pasta and chicken to skillet. Toss to coat and finish with lemon juice.

  6. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley. Serve warm.
