First, make your tofu burger. Slice your tofu into your desired burger shape, then set aside.
In one bowl, make your flour mixture by mixing your whole wheat flour and spices.
In another bowl, add your plant milk, and in a third bowl, add your breadcrumbs.
Dunk your tofu into the plant milk, then into the flour mix, back into the plant milk, and finally into the breadcrumbs.
Air fry at 400f for 12-15 minutes or bake at 425 for 25-30 minutes.
While your tofu cooks, prep your coleslaw.
Add avocado, lemon, maple syrup and salt and pepper to a bowl with a splash of water and mash well to combine.
Add in your coleslaw mix and mix until well coated.
Prep your burger with your toppings of choice; I used sriracha mayo, pickles, lettuce, and red onion, and top it off with your coleslaw mix.
