Homemade cheese-it crackers
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.

  2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

  3. Add everything (except the butter and water) to a food processor until mixed

  4. Add the butter and pulse until small balls form.

  5. Add in the water until mixed.

  6. Form into a ball.

  7. On a lightly floured surface, roll ball into ⅛" thickness

  8. Use a pizza cutter until 1" squares and line up on parchment paper about ½" apart

  9. Sprinkle with flaky salt.

  10. Bake for 15 minutes.

  11. Let cool and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
