Pre-heat oven to 350.
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
Add everything (except the butter and water) to a food processor until mixed
Add the butter and pulse until small balls form.
Add in the water until mixed.
Form into a ball.
On a lightly floured surface, roll ball into ⅛" thickness
Use a pizza cutter until 1" squares and line up on parchment paper about ½" apart
Sprinkle with flaky salt.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool and store in an airtight container for up to a week.
