Homemade Bouillon Powder
  1. Combine 1 cup nutritional yeast with 2 TBSP each of salt, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, rosemary, and basil

  2. Add 1 TBSP parsley and 2 tsp pepper to the mixture

  3. Option 1: Shake all ingredients together and store as is in a pint jar or similar container

  4. Option 2: Transfer ingredients to a fine blender and blend until you achieve a more powdery consistency

  5. To use, add 1 TBSP of bouillon powder per cup of water, adjusting to taste as desired

  6. Store in an airtight container on the shelf
