Easy Cheese Sauce
  1. Grate the cheese then set aside.

  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter then sprinkle the flour over the top.

  3. Whisk until smooth then continue simmering 1 minute. Pour in the milk and season with salt then continue whisking constantly until the milk and flour mixture are combined.

  4. Add the cheese stirring well to combine. Give it a few vigorous stirs after the cheese is melted in. This will give it an extra creamy consistency.

  5. Taste and adjust salt as needed then eat right away.
