Mix the basic ingredients in a bowl, adding water a little at a time.
Knead until a soft dough is obtained.
Place the dough in a bowl covered with a cloth and let it rise for about one and a half hours.
Form into balls and place them on a sheet of baking paper.
Crush each ball in the centre with your fingers, forming a groove; place the cheese, quartered cherry tomatoes, basil and oregano to taste.
Let it rise for half an hour.
Salt the surface and drizzle with oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 20 min until golden brown.
