Mushroom Risotto
  1. Chop 200g of mushrooms and fry in a pan

  2. Season with pepper, salt and fresh parsley

  3. Set the mushrooms aside

  4. Add 50g of butter, 1 onion and 2 chopped garlic cloves to the pan

  5. Add 1 cup arborio rice to the pan and saute for a while

  6. Add 500ml of chicken broth at first and mix

  7. When the rice starts to thicken, add more chicken stock & water and mix. (it is important to stir the rice all the time!)

  8. Finally add the mushrooms

  9. Add butter and a lot of Parmesan cheese
