Cinnamon Toast Crunch Loaf Cake
  1. Sift all dry ingredients.

  2. Blend butter and sugar for 5 minutes.

  3. Add 1 egg at a time and mix only until egg yolk disappears, add extracts, and alternate dry and wet ingredients.

  4. Fold in your crush Toast Crunch.

  5. Bake in a Preheat 310 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes.

  6. Cool in the Loaf pan for 10 minutes.

  7. Warm all wet ingredients together in the microwave for 45 seconds Cover with paperback first and whisk in 3 cups of powdered sugar.

  8. Crush up a ½ cup of Toast Crunch and sprinkle on top of the glaze.
