In a bowl mix together flour, salt and cottage cheese until combined. If too dry, slowly add some warm water.
Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead until smooth.
Roll into a ball and cut into quarters.
Roll each quarter into a ball and flatten into a naan shape.
Heat a greased pan over medium heat and place the naan, and cook for 3 minutes on each side.
Brush each naan with butter (optional)
