Easy Air Fryer Blueberry Bagels
  1. Mix equal parts non-fat Greek yogurt and self-rising flour (I used 1 cup of each for 4 bagels. No self-rising flour? Add 1½ tsp baking powder + ¼ tsp salt per 1 cup of all-purpose flour.

  2. Mix and knead until you've got a dough ball. They will be sticky at first, that's ok. If you want to make blueberry bagels, add about ½ cup blueberries (defrosted if frozen).

  3. Lightly flour a surface, knead for a couple more minutes, and divide the dough into 4 parts. Roll into balls and poke a hole in the center to make a bagel shape.

  4. Brush bagels with egg wash, add toppings if desired (sesame, poppyseeds or everything bagel seasoning etc.) and air fry at 350°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Adjust time as needed as cooking time may vary based on the appliance. I used the @ourplace Wonder Oven and 20 mins was perfect.

  5. When they're golden, allow them to cool. Slice and enjoy with your favourite spread.
