Pasta Cooked In Chicken Broth
  1. Sauté Ditalini in olive oil and garlic on medium-low heat, coating the pasta in oil.

  2. Pour chicken broth over pasta and bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat until most of the broth has evaporated (8-10 minutes).

  3. Add heavy whipping cream and mix into pasta.

  4. Once most of the liquid has evaporated take off heat. Add butter and Parmesan and mix into pasta.

  5. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and parsley. Enjoy!
