In a bowl, combine sautéed mushrooms, cottage cheese, heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper until well mixed
Transfer the mushroom mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese evenly on top
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)
Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
