Mushroom Garlic Cottage Gratin
  1. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a skillet, add sliced mushrooms and garlic, and cook until mushrooms are golden brown and tender

  2. In a bowl, combine sautéed mushrooms, cottage cheese, heavy cream, thyme, salt, and pepper until well mixed

  3. Transfer the mushroom mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese evenly on top

  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C)

  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving
