Boil water and cook pasta according to package instructions.
In a bowl, mix the greek yogurt, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the chopped onion.
Add the lean ground beef and season with salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, garlic powder and onion powder.
Cook the beef until browned.
Serve the pasta with the garlic yogurt, the cooked beef, cherry tomatoes and parsley.
Optionally, melt 2 tsp of light butter with paprika and use it as a topping.
