Prepare filling with 1 chicken sausage, mushrooms, broccoli or vegetables of your choosing, 60g cottage cheese, 28g light mozzarella, and 5g Parmesan Romano blend
Season filling to taste
Fill dough with prepared filling and fold into calzone shape
Air fry at 310°F for 13 minutes, flipping once if needed
