Add cubed chicken and potatoes to the crockpot.
In a bowl, mix ranch seasoning, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, and pepper.
Pour sauce over the chicken and potatoes and stir gently to coat.
Cover and cook on high 3–4 hours or low 6–7 hours, until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
Stir in cheddar cheese and bacon.
Cover 10–15 minutes until melted and creamy.
Top with green onions and serve.
