Pumpkin Seed Milk
  1. Soak the seeds for at least 6 hours or overnight.

  2. Drain and rinse the seeds and place them with the dates and one cup of the water into a high powered blender.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Add the rest of the water and blend again.

  5. Pour the mixture through a nut milk bag and squeeze out the liquid.

  6. Refrigerate. Stays fresh for 3-4 days.
