No-knead Focaccia
  1. Mix all dry ingredients, then add water and olive oil. Mix until smooth.

  2. Cover and rest 30 minutes.

  3. Do 3 sets of stretch-and-fold with 30 minutes rest between each.

  4. Place dough in an oiled, lined tray and let it double in size.

  5. Dimple the dough, add olive oil, rosemary, garlic, and sea salt.

  6. Bake at 210°C for 35-40 minutes.

  7. Drizzle extra olive oil on top and enjoy.
