Green Pea & Halloumi Pulao
  1. Once spices crackled add slice onion 60 grm

  2. Sauté it for few minutes

  3. Add 3 green chilli ,1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste ,30 grm of butter , 1 pc of roughly cut tomato

  4. Sauté it

  5. Add 1 tsp of turmeric , 1 tsp of chilli powder cook

  6. Add 1 tsp of coriander powder , 1 tsp of cumin powder ,1 tsp of salt ,1 tsp of fry fenugreek

  7. Sauté masala for couple of minutes then add peas and halloumi

  8. Add ½ tsp of sugar add water 350 ml , and 1 tsp of paprika

  9. Add soaked rice

  10. Cover with foil paper

  11. Place on flat top cook for about 10 minutes

  12. Once done remove it and serve it
