Once spices crackled add slice onion 60 grm
Sauté it for few minutes
Add 3 green chilli ,1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste ,30 grm of butter , 1 pc of roughly cut tomato
Sauté it
Add 1 tsp of turmeric , 1 tsp of chilli powder cook
Add 1 tsp of coriander powder , 1 tsp of cumin powder ,1 tsp of salt ,1 tsp of fry fenugreek
Sauté masala for couple of minutes then add peas and halloumi
Add ½ tsp of sugar add water 350 ml , and 1 tsp of paprika
Add soaked rice
Cover with foil paper
Place on flat top cook for about 10 minutes
Once done remove it and serve it
