Arugula Salad
  1. Make the dressing by combining the dijon, grated garlic, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the arugula, yellow onion, English cucumber, toasted pine nuts and shredded parmesan.

  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
