Beetroot Protein Roti
  1. Make a paste of the beetroot and tofu.

  2. Add whole wheat protein flour, salt, and the beetroot-tofu paste to a bowl.

  3. Add 1 Tbsp ghee.

  4. Mix and knead the dough using water as needed.

  5. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll them out into rotis.

  6. Cook the rotis on a tawa.

  7. Spread ghee on the rotis once cooked.
