Wash and cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.

In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, grated cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and salt and pepper. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, lightly beat the eggs.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb-cheese mixture.
Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray or oil.
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) for 2-3 minutes.
Arrange the cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 190°C (375°F) for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Let the cauliflower cool for a few minutes before serving.
